We know that every recruitment firm out there (and there are many!) is promising the world; low fees, personal service, specialist teams etc etc etc. Yet, for all this supposed ‘excellence’ out there, the recruitment industry has one of the worst reputations, ranked in the public’s mind alongside estate agents, journalists and politicians.
