Contingency

Not all positions within an organisation are pivotal. Nonetheless, your company should NEVER make do with second best! Contingency is the recruitment process most people are familiar with. Key to the success of this process is the initial brief which ensures that we have a thorough understanding of the vacancy and your company as a whole. Ideally, we like to meet with you on your premises, though it is possible to conduct this stage over the telephone.

Thereafter, @work will design a bespoke candidate attraction package utilising, as appropriate, online facilities, print media and internet-activity  in conjunction with our in-house database of active job-seekers. All respondents are pre-interviewed and only the most suitable presented for consideration. In most cases we undertake to present  3-5 CVs for each vacancy, accompanied by our own interview notes and profile of each candidate. Thereafter, you are free to select any number of candidates for interview, which will all be arranged and coordinated by us. When a candidate is successfully placed, we will handle the offer, mediate during salary negotiations, chase references and maintain contact during the induction period to iron out any initial teething problems.... and remember, in the unlikely event that we don't find your ideal candidate - you don't pay a penny!
