After nearly 10 years in recruitment predominantly in high street both locally, and London then followed by one year’s experience in Technical for the Nuclear industry I now feel very ‘@ home’ (sorry for the pun) to be here in the heart of Ipswich doing what I enjoy the most – good old fashioned high street recruitment BUT with a difference...@Work are not your bulk standard recruitment agency offering what all agencies promises and so little deliver!
If you were interviewing me and had asked what would I be looking for in my next role, I would have answered: to work for an agency with the boutique edge, constantly evolving, inspirational, but most importantly to have that feel good belly laugh whilst working hard to achieve strong market share in the Office Support and Professional sector. So, what now? With great contacts in business, a grounded and professional knowledge of managing both candidates and clients and an ambitious mind this will only lead to one thing....success! Over the years I have managed a National start-up branch which was ranked in the Company top ten in the UK, won large volume recruitment clients, managed a on-site recruitment centre as well as achieving excellent relationships with local SME's.
So in terms of our agency I challenge you to meet the team and Michelle Griffiths and not feel on board and totally engaged by our mission and sheer passion for the industry.
Finally, for those people who don’t know me, I am what I am and what you see is what you get! I am a country girl at heart, I love my Hunter wellies, 5 cats (please don’t let that scare you), singing in an 80's function band Electric Dreams and of course my hubby!
