Welcome to @Work Recruitment...the award winning recruitment agency based in the heart of East Anglia. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a multi-award winning company, serving customers around the globe in the media sector providing both products and services for industry. They require a Manufacturing Buyer to join their passionate, innovative and pro-active team in Bury St Edmunds. The role will have a primary focus on engineering buying.
Due to the nature of the business, candidates MUST be competent in German and have a minimum of 5years experience in purchasing / expediting role. You will need to have experience of MRPII and Kanban processes and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in a technology driven or engineering manufacturing environment is desirable, as is IFS experience and experience of purchasing castings, plastic mouldings and raw materials.
