Sales & Marketing Executive

£20k + OTE 

Our clients are specialists in outdoor advertising and are looking for an individual with highly relevant experience in Telemarketing to join their Sales & Marketing team.  We are working on behalf of a transport advertising firm, working with major contracts such as Pizza Hut, Evian and Monarch Airlines, to name but a few. Three years after its inception, the organisation became one of the youngest companies ever to win a Campaign Media Award for a new medium. It was soon able to establish its core ideals – advertising that is both unavoidable and highly accountable, leading to the launch of new services, offering advertisers another opportunity to reach consumers in the ‘third space’ between work and home.

This role will involve Telesales and Telemarketing, both to generate sales leads and as part of marketing campaign evaluation. It will also extend to the co-ordination of marketing campaigns through direct mail and email, sales administration, and execution of the PR strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Telesales or Telemarketing, and be looking to expand upon this experience into a more diverse sales & marketing role. We are looking for an outgoing, approachable individual with an excellent telephone manner. An interest in advertising would be advantageous and the drive and determination to succeed is imperative.

Candidates should have:

•         1-2 years minimum Telesales or Telemarketing experience

•         Professional telephone manner

•         Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

•         Superior organisational skills

•         Good attention to detail

•         Effective time management and ability to work to deadlines

•         Fluency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
