Welcome to @Work Recruitment @Work Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing energy supplier to recruit a Customer Service Executive. This is an exciting new opportunity.

DETAILS:

Dealing with and taking responsibility for customers queries;

Main point of contact for identified customers once the supply start date is reached;

Communicating with customers via telephone, e-mail and letter;

Ensuring that missing and incorrect consumption data is identified, queried with the agent and steps put in place to obtain the relevant information within the necessary time frames;

Validating & issuing invoices in a timely manner, ensuring all charging elements are included;

Validating and applying Duos charges where necessary;

Monitoring payments & chasing debt;

Accurate customer set up and maintenance;

Process improvement;

Ad hoc tasks to be given by the Manager.

Educated to at least GCSE/ A level standard in English and Maths;

·Computer literate (including MS Office);

·Professional telephone manner;

·Excellent communication skills;

·Approx 3 years Customer service experience, preferably in an electricity supply business or financial services;

·Understanding (and preferably direct experience) of systems requirements for retail operations;

·Commitment/dedication to providing excellent customer experience throughout the end to end process;

·A high degree of flexibility is required.
